Yin Yoga & Meditation Class
A slow, grounding class that blends Yin Yoga with guided meditation to support emotional balance, inner awareness, and deep rest.
We begin with long-held, floor-based poses that gently open the body, calm the nervous system, and create space in the deeper tissues. This prepares you for a nourishing meditation.
Perfect for anyone craving stillness, sensitivity-friendly movement, or a gentle space to reconnect with their centre. No experience needed.

This class is online, a zoom link will be sent prior to the class. It can be helpful to have a yoga mat, cushion, blocks or bolsters available for the class. Rolled up towels/blankets can be a good substitute too.
